Under his leadership, the organization focused on a wide range of critical areas, including children’s education and health, climate change mitigation, watershed development, and disaster relief programs. With an extensive career spanning 46 years, he has successfully managed and directed over one hundred community development projects across 22 states in India, helping to improve the lives of thousands in marginalized and vulnerable communities. His vast experience and strategic vision have played a key role in driving sustainable development and creating lasting social impact.

Fr. Glen Mascarenhas is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Adviser with extensive experience in advising a range of charitable organizations, NGOs, and large hospitals. He offers expertise on financial management, administrative practices, and strategic planning, helping these organizations optimize their operations and ensure effective use of resources. His work spans multiple sectors, providing crucial support in shaping sustainable financial frameworks for both nonprofit and healthcare institutions.
Rev. Dr H. G. Mithra

Rev. Dr. Mithra is a distinguished Professor of Theology with extensive experience serving on the Governing Bodies of numerous educational institutions. Over the years, he has played a key role in shaping the direction and policies of these institutions, bringing his expertise to bear on matters of governance, curriculum development, and academic standards. His deep passion for education drives his ongoing efforts to improve the quality of learning, particularly for youth and children. Rev.
