With an extensive career spanning 46 years, he has successfully managed and directed over one hundred community development projects across 22 states in India, helping to improve the lives of thousands in marginalized and vulnerable communities. His vast experience and strategic vision have played a key role in driving sustainable development and creating lasting social impact.

He offers expertise on financial management, administrative practices, and strategic planning, helping these organizations optimize their operations and ensure effective use of resources. His work spans multiple sectors, providing crucial support in shaping sustainable financial frameworks for both nonprofit and healthcare institutions.

Rev. Dr. Mithra is a distinguished Professor of Theology with extensive experience serving on the Governing Bodies of numerous educational institutions.
